the arrival is a little impersonal... or maybe we were a little tired from the trip? It's hard to find your way around the very large hotel.

This hotel is pure luxury. My room had an incredible view of Mount Fuji, I'll never forget that image when I open the curtains in the morning . It's a pleasure to treat yourself if you can.

The views from our room were amazing, especially during Christmas time. We had a great view of the city lights and it really added to the festive atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was in close proximity to major attractions and shopping areas, making it convenient to explore the city. Another advantage was the attentive service provided by the staff. They were great too ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

One aspect that was disappointing was the outdated decor of the hotel. The carpets and furnishings seemed worn and could definitely use some updating.

We were blown away by the fine views from our room at Park Hyatt. Being on the 44th floor, we had an very nice panoramic view of Tokyo that left us in awe. The room itself was luxurious with all the amenities we needed, and the staff were attentive and accommodating. we highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views and great service.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful area and conveniently close to the Shinjuku rail station.

Magnificent spa with a breathtaking view. Happy with stacks of books, blue/green wallcoverings, and paintings. Loved the Nespresso machine and stealth coffee elves.

The hotel's location just outside the bustling area is convenient for those who want a quieter stay. The shuttle service to the center of the city is an added bonus for exploring. The rooms offer stunning views of the city and are well-maintained, with excellent housekeeping.

Some guests have mentioned difficulties finding the entrance if not arriving by taxi.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. Our personal concierge guided us to our luxurious suite with exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness centre exceeded our expectations, with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of clear signage throughout the hotel. We found ourselves getting lost in the hallways, trying to find our way around the fortress-like structure.
